Can I choose any departure date?

Yes. Our private safaris depart on the date you select in the booking calendar, subject to lodge and park availability. Share your preferred dates in our travel proposal form if you need help before booking online.

Is hotel pickup included?

For tours that start in Arusha or on the northern circuit, we arrange pickup from your hotel or agreed meeting point when stated in your itinerary. Airport transfers are included only where listed in the tour inclusions.

What payment do you accept?

Day 1 Arrival — Kilimanjaro to Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), your private driver-guide meets you and transfers you to a mid-range lodge in Arusha. After check-in, your guide briefs you on the 4-day camping safari ahead. Enjoy a relaxed evening and half-board meals at the lodge as you prepare for tomorrow's adventure into Tarangire and Lake Manyara. Overnight in Arusha (half board).

Day 2 Arusha — Tarangire — Lake Manyara

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park for a full game drive among baobab-studded plains and large elephant herds, zebras, buffalo, and predators near the Tarangire River. Continue to the Lake Manyara area in the afternoon. Set up camp at a public campsite (Twiga or similar) where your safari chef prepares dinner. Overnight camping on full board.

Day 3 Lake Manyara — Ngorongoro

Morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park — watch for tree-climbing lions, flamingos, hippos, and diverse birdlife across forest, acacia woodland, and the Rift Valley escarpment. After lunch, ascend toward the Ngorongoro highlands and camp at Ngorongoro Simba Public Campsite (or similar) on the crater rim. Dinner under the stars with full-board camping.

Day 4 Ngorongoro Crater — Departure

Early descent into Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive on the crater floor — one of the best places in Tanzania to search for black rhino, lion, elephant, buffalo, and dense herds of wildebeest and zebra. Picnic lunch inside the crater. After ascending, drive to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight. End of services.
